He owns Nikita Buys Houses 50/50 with Sabrina Gao. There is no acquisitions team between you and him. The person who looks at your house is the person who signs the check.
His latest project was a house in Roebuck, South Carolina, renovated and sold in 2026.
Before real estate
Nikita spent more than 15 years running IT operations for companies in New York, including GSK. It is a job about keeping complicated systems running and telling people the truth when something is broken, which turns out to be most of buying houses too.
He is also the chef and co-owner of Sesamo, an Italian restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, New York, which he opened with Sabrina in 2022. When he is not in the kitchen or looking at a house, he travels whenever he can.
