If you call us, we collect your phone number and may keep notes about the conversation. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

What we do with it

We use it to evaluate the property, answer on the price you need, and contact you about it. If we agree on a price, we share what is necessary with the title or escrow company handling the closing, and with any attorney involved in the transaction. That is the extent of it.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to other investors, lead brokers, or marketing lists. This is worth stating plainly because it is common practice on sites that look like this one, and it is the reason people who fill in one form receive calls from a dozen companies.

Calls, texts, and email

When you send us the form, we may call or email you about the property you told us about. We only send text messages if you tick the text message box on the form, and ticking it is never required to sell your house to us.

If you opt in, texts come from Nikita Buys Houses about your property inquiry: replies to your questions, scheduling, and updates on where things stand. Message frequency varies.
