Who we are

Nikita Buys Houses is a trade name of Half + Half LLC, which purchases residential property directly. We are not real estate agents or brokers, we do not list property for sale, and we do not represent you in any transaction.

What our answer is, and is not

We do not issue offers. Where we tell you that the price you have asked for works, that response, and any figure discussed before a signed purchase agreement, is a preliminary, non-binding indication based on the information available to us at that time. It is not an appraisal, a valuation, or a commitment. A binding obligation arises only from a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to purchase any particular property.

Housing statistics published on this site come from Zillow Research and other public sources, and are reproduced for general context. They are market-wide figures, they are dated, they may be revised by their publisher, and they are not a valuation of any individual property. We do not guarantee their accuracy and you should not rely on them as the basis for a financial decision.
